Op vrijdag 30 November organiseert het Neurotherapie Centrum Hilversum een workshop over hartcoherentie.<\/p>\n

Het programma is als volgt:<\/p>\n

12.30 – 13.00 uur. ontvangst met koffie\/thee.<\/p>\n

13.00 – 14.45 uur: begin theoretische uitleg over het hart, hartcoherentie en heart rate variability – wat is het, hoe meet je het, wat kan je ermee?<\/p>\n

14.45 – 15.00 uur: koffie\/thee pauze<\/p>\n

15.00 – 16.45 uur: praktisch oefenen met HeartLive.<\/p>\n

17.00 uur: afsluiting.<\/p>\n

De kosten van deze workshop zijn 75 euro (inclusief btw)<\/p>\n

Na afloop bestaat de mogelijkheid tot het aanschaffen van de apparatuur – HeartLive.<\/p>\n
